Family Preservation Services
The goal of Family Preservation Services is to preserve the family unit and prevent the removal of children from their homes. The target population for Family Preservation Services includes families with children who are at risk of out-of-home placement.

Family Support Services
The goal of Family Support Services is to prevent child maltreatment among families who may be at risk. The target population are families who need services to prevent child abuse, neglect, and/or maltreatment and need to increase the strength and stability of the family unit.

Family Reunification Services
The goal of Family Reunification Services is to return children to a safe and stable home environment within fifteen (15) months of any out-of-home placement. The target population are families who have experienced an out-of-home placement of a child through foster care placement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Court approved case plan
- The child(ren) is placed in a licensed foster care placement
- The child(ren) have an active child welfare case
